For those of you who have worked out for a certain period of time and then stopped (for what ever reason), have the veins in your body become more visible?

I don't mean the veins which pop out when you are lifting, but random veins you have never seen before :hs:

Nope. I can't say I ever had veins pop out when I stopped training. As posted, you'll see more as you get leaner.

    :wavey:

I have. I'll notice it more when I eat high-sodium foods or drink energy drinks.

I haven't lifted in two weeks, and don't plan to lift again till after the new year.

Too many schedule conflicts, plus took a two week snowboarding trip, etc...

My veins are popping out like crazy today, on my forarms/hands.

I do still get cardio in, when I have time.

After the hollidays I'll be back to training again :o
