I'm recently been working out a little.. Around 2 hours a week with dumbells and using the seated-row.. Lately I've been noticing some veins popping out at school and it's freaking me out.. It pops out for like 2 minutes, then it comes back to normal again. Weeks after I noticed that happening everyday I noticed my forearm getting smaller and my fat reduced. What does this mean? Is it my metabolism? I only eat around 2300 calories a day.
