Does it matter? What are your thoughts. My goal is to get down to at least 9-10% bf this summer, if possible. Im currently a fat-ass sitting at around 20-21% :wtc:.

Vegetables are generally low GI. Fruits would be high GI (someone's posted some things about fructose not eliciting a high insulin response though?)

The bottom line is that they're good for you, so unless you're on some sort of a PSMF don't worry about it.

there are more important things to worry about when cutting than the GI of vegetables.

fructose is the only sugar that can be stored wo insulin so thats why there its doesnt elicit an insulin response...

Picked up the frozen "normandy" mix from costco. Cauliflower, broccoli, baby carrots and squash. Mic for 3 minutes, shake of garlic salt and pepper. Good to go...

    spinach is good.

although straight from the urologist's mouth, "don't eat things like spinach every day"

spinach-type foods, ever day, can lead to kidney stones

It's already April and you're trying to drop 10% by summer? Good luck man but don't be disappointed if you don't get there in the 2 months you've allowed yourself. Stay consistent don't try to suicide cut and just get to a weight..

I started back in late January, but I wasn't really consistent with my diet and excercise.

I'm shooting to drop 5% (not down to 5%) in 2 months.

Yours is an ambitious goal. Good luck.

Noticing the spelling error after someone quotes FTL.

That sounds possible if 30 lbs. can come from fat/water/lean mass.

A fatty friend dropped over 10 lbs. in a week or so. Totally did it incorrectly.
