vegetarian bulking diet...

    I get about 3000 calories and around ~180g protein not eating meat. I don't think there really is one. I've looked and never found one. Just everything in site that doesn't contain meat and have a couple protein drinks a day and he should be good.

    I know that isn't the best advise, but not eating meat and bulking isn't the easiest thing.

    eggs/egg whites, cottage cheese, casein powder, whey powder....

    lentils are the best legume protein source other than soybeans ~50g a cup raw

    nuts have a lot of calories and good protein too

    but yeah, it's difficult to put on weight when you're veg*n
