I just get these frozen packages of "stir fry vegetables", dump them in a pan with about 1 lb of cut chicken and some olive oil, ginger, and chicken bullion.

takes about 10 minutes and is fucking delicious.

edit: put some crushed red pepper in there for some heat

Rofl, I edited it. Chicken bullion if you have it. If you don't then just use some salt to your taste.

besides salad and raw, the two main veggie types i eat are the frozen variety you find at the grocery store and the frozen stir-fry veggies you can get at costco

for the grocery store ones, throw them (still frozen) on the steamer rack and cook for about 10 minutes or so (until they're good and crisp

for the stir-fry ones... stir-fry 'em! put them in a skillet on low heat with a little oil and soy sauce and cover it up until they're thawed... then crank the heat and remove the lid

    cold tofu salad:

1 box of cubed very firm tofu
    1 diced bellpeppers
1 can of your favorite beans (i like kidney)
    1 cup of brocolli
    3 tblspoon of lemon juice
    4 tblspoon of salad vinnegrate

    what to do?
layer the bottom of plastic container tofu, follow it with beans, and top it off with veggies.

drizzle the whole container with juice and vinnegrate. leave it in the fridge to marinate for a day or two. once in a while turn the container over so the sauce is equally distributed.

    eat it cold...

you probably can add other things to complement the taste like EVO, sesame oil, or other veggies

i keep a big tub of it at school...
