Vegan diets cause major weight loss

    I would like to see a comparison between vegan/non-vegan diets and muscle mass. It seems to me like a large chunk of that weight loss might be from lack of protein, which it looks like they didn't track at all.

    only vegetarian bitch i know is a chunk. She rarely eats real meals and instead snacks on things like chips & peanut butter and jelly all fucking day long.

    She has some of the biggest real hogs I've ever seen though :dunno:

    Couldn't agree more, just finished reading that twice, skimming it again for anything I missed, and writing a 3 page synopsis for my own benefit and I've got to say... it makes complete sense

    No, he's ripped. There's a difference.

    There are a few vegetarian bodybuilders out there though- Bill Pearl is probably the most notable. There's a guy named Steve Holt who is a natural bb'er who is completely vegetarian. It's workable- you just have to pay a LOT of attention to your protein intake, do a lot of food combining and pay attention to your supplements.
