Variations and uncommon movements that you like?

    In the last couple months, I've been trying out less common movements and variations of basic movements. It makes working a lot more interesting. I really like front squats, sumo DL and hang cleans. I don't really like GMs and OH squats. What are you guys and girls workin with?

    Dunno what they're called, but I saw some guy doing this and it works my shoulders like woah.
    Barbell (the small pre-weighted ones) around 60 pounds, stand and start with bar across collarbone, normal grip, press up like a strict press, then controlled lower behind the neck then back up to military press then down = 1.
    It killed and felt awesome.

    Always wondered...are you supposed to lockout on the bradford press or just bring it barely over your head?

    just clear your head....i'd stay away from them if you have shoulder issues though

    variations in general?

    wide grip pullups, RDL's



    but neither of those are uncommon at all, except at my gym of course where people just bench press and bicep curl.
