heres what you do: stop trying to make your protein shakes into fine liquid cuisine and just slam that shit...goddamn how hard is it to do that
Yeah, not many people drink protein shakes for the pure enjoyment of it. Just blend it so the texture is palatable, and down it as fast as you can. Most of the time you won't even taste it until you finish it and you get the aftertaste.
