Nice job! But it's also sad to see with such clarity what horrible things we do to our beautiful planet :hs:

You can almost see my house out by UBC :naughty:

Shame you didn't come in 29 days. It'll be a lot more fun. You got some pretty shitty weather too :squint:

Ya, all the Olympic stuff was shaping up to look pretty cool. I still got myself a Winter Olympics sweatshirt :mamoru: for $75 :squint:... I had a great time. It was a spurt of the moment thing.. I was bored one night and decided I wanted to get out of town for new years and also go snowboarding.. Looked for any tickets that left in the next 12-hours under $500, came up with Vancouver.

Seriously awesome city you live in there.. I had so many amazing meals.

Coming back to the USA sucked.. No carry on baggage allowed, I had to stuff my pockets with all my lenses / flashes and crap. :hsd:

I will head back up there soon, I want to hit whistler when the conditions are good.

Good city to visit on a spur of the moment thing :)
I'm not looking forward to heading back to the US in the summer when I graduate here... but unfortunately to keep my green card status it's needed :squint: Will come back home one day when I have my damned US citizenship taken care of. Dual ftw.
Should have hit up Whistler in November. Truly epic.

If you come back, one of the greatest places in my opinion (and many my age) is Blarney Stone. It's very chill, tons of fun, and one of the 'real' Irish pubs around

    Sorry for the late bump...

You're obviously a talented photographer but I think you picked a bad angle of the city on day with poor weather. :hs:

Vancouver is such a beautiful city but I think your picture only shows off the grime of the east end into East Van... the only open spaces are off an area called by many to be the "worst open air drug neighbourhoods" in North America.

Couple stitching errors visible in the larger samples, but overall it looks good!

Would be cool to see a nicer part of the city though!
