Vacation time..

    Next Saturday I leave for Washington DC for about 6 or 7 days.

    The hotel has a gym, and I'm not worried about losing workouts - but I'm worried about getting my smaller meals in and keeping my protein up.

    Any suggestions? Probably wouldn't be a good idea to eat protein bars twice a day for 5-7 days, I would imagine.

    Maybe just eat bigger meals to compensate for not being able to eat a lot of little tiny ones, unless youre cutting or something.

    Shouldn't really worry about a week. But yeah eating some protein bars wont hurt.

    Be sure to go to Capital Grill and get a big steak.

    One of the best places in the city to get a steak and plenty of protein :yum:

    I will definitely check that out.. Thanks!

    I was thinking of packing some whey, but don't feel like dealing with it at the airport, nor the room it'll take in my suitcase. Maybe I'll find a vitamin shoppe or similar in DC and just buy a 2lber and throw away the balance.

    I will already be eating like crap - i just don't want to skip all the protein if I can avoid it..

    There are very few of us in here who are at the level that a single week makes shit for difference. If you aren't gearing up for a competition or trying to lean out for a bb show, who gives a shit. It's a vacation. Enjoy it and quit overanalyzing everything.

    you really shouldnt' be missing "all the protein", you should be able to get most, if not all of it in regular meals, especially if you order the higher protein meals at restaurants, ie fish/chicken/big ass steaks.

    if your staying at a hotel with complimentary breakfast, load up on eggs, bacon, etc.

    lol i was in syria for a month and a half eating only 3 big meals and still doing fine. numbers didn't go down and didn't lose any weight
    just eat whatever. if it's only for a week just dont go to the gym. chill nigga.
