FINALLY got my P6 from AIM tonight. It's in amazing condition, MUCH better than I was expecting. The slide has some definite holster wear but the rest of the finish is pretty much perfect. It's an '81 model made in W Germany

Can't wait to shoot it! Range report coming on Friday hopefully.:bowdown::bowdown:

Excuse the shitty pics, I am stoked! :mamoru:

The first thing I did was dry run through 2 mags of JHPs, one Federal and one Magtech. I had one jam with each. It's because of the feed ramps that were specifically designed for FMJ and not JHP. Apparently there are some Federal JHPs that are VERY similarly shaped to normal FMJ though, so if I do have some problems I guess I'll just look for them.

Awesome condition! Probably will buy one after holding yours. The JHP issue doesnt worry me as it will be my range gun, not carry or home defense.

Do a search on sigforum. I know there's a certain model of Federal JHP that 95% of P6 shooters having ZERO problems feeding. For $260, this is seriously a freakin steal. I'm almost tempted to buy another one before everyone buys this surplus up.

I just looked up the specs and the 225 is the same size as the Mosquito.

both wrong... it's the exact same size as the Sig 228, since that's what the slide is based off of, it's just thinner overall.
