Seen as a burn risk so now they're banned. They're banned while in garrison so ya, whee

Typical Marines? How does this have anything to do with Marine mentality?

Correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't it melt to the skin?

    Ninja plz.
I found them to be uncomfortable under the Interceptor Body armor anyways. The Army should look into not allowing them also. I can see the issue with it melting to the skin. Yeah, fuck that noise.

We have heard so much bitching about this in my unit (seeing as we are deploying).

The problem is, as stated above, in the event of an IED, the heat from the explosion can melt to your skin, making it much harder for medical to fix you.

I love underarmor, but I would much rather sweat a little than take the chance of getting a fatal infection because medical wasn't able to get all of the melted shit out of my skin.

But, I don't agree with banning it. It should be choice.
