How the hell do I do it?
I can convert the MP3 to WAV, but I have to do it one at a time and after each one WinAmp keeps asking me if I want to write over the file. I have to close out of WinAmp completely to make it go away. Pain in my ass!

What the hell am I doing wrong?
    Thanx

and allow myself to :slap: myself for not knowing how to convert MP3 to wav properly

Use CDex to convert the MP3's to wave. http://cdexos.sourceforge.net/

You shouldn't really have to though because most moderm burning programs do it for you on the fly. See if there is an update for your burning software.
