Using Macbook's webcam on MSN/Yahoo with a PC **HELP**

    I dont know why it doesnt work. Im trying to get the Macbook's webcam to send video when i use MSN. The other person is on a PC... why doesnt it work :mad:

    what programs support using the built in i-sight.. otherwise its pretty much useless. I want to be able to webcam with PC users.

    Yahoo messenger works pretty well, so does Skype.

    i use mercury messenger with an isight... though its not built in

    mercury messenger will work for you. the video feed is really low quality. aMSN i can't send a feed because of router problems that i nor many people can fix. Skype also should work for you.

    I hate this problem. I've had the best luck with skype so far, highest quality video and best frames rates not to mention the least buggy with firewalls. Hated aMSN, haven't tried Yahoo. Personally I think it's pathetic that iChat won't interface properly with PC AIM/MSN video. For a while I'd use bootcamp to use Windows MSN JUST to be able to use the webcam.
