Hello, This has just started happening, but, when I try to open Excel (Office XP), i get a message saying GENERAL PROTECTION FAULT IN USER.EXE.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

"Open windows explorer. Do a search for ".xlb" without the quotes. When the
file is found, delete this file. Now open up excel. The .xlb file is your
menu settings. When you reopen excel, it will create a new .xlb file"
