cheapest new mossy in my area is $279, so i guess if i had a choice between a new Mossberg for 279 or a used for 200 i'd problably just pay the extra 79 bucks

I've never purchased from a pawn shop before, seems shady to me hahaha. I guess if my craigslist hunt fails I will have to slink into one and pretend like I know what I'm doing. I'd probably haggle myself into paying more than asking price. :p

You have to be able to haggle in a pawn shop to carry a man card.

Where can you find guns on craigslist? I thought the listing of firearms was illegal on craigslist. I'd love to find a seciton if there was one...

It is against the rules, and most ads are flagged. But I still search and find the ads everyday. I can usually find 2-3 a day and if they are good I'll send an e-mail. Most people that list guns also list a bunch of other random stuff for sale and just throw the gun in the middle.
