I am considering after high school going to the military for 4-6+ years. This is what I heard so far, I know some might not be true. Army - For "stupid people" you don't need a GED, they just send you to war, pays worse then others, generally bad. Marines - After 6 years a guy told me hes making 60 grand and benefits Cost Guard - no chance of going to war like to iraq because your on the coast.. Questions: 1) Does the military pay fully for your college, or a percent. How does it work? 2) Is there an option where you can be signed up not to leave the place your assiged (base or whatever it's called) I think that's about it. THANK YOU!
