upper/lower split?

    my legs are not at the same level of development as my upper body and i think its starting to get in the way. i started doing upper/lower split about sa month ago and have noticed an improvement but im wondering if theres anything else i can do to even them out other then train harder on my legs. i realize if i want them to grow and get strong that mean i gotta do more with them, only problem is im on house arrest so i cant go to a gym. so im stuck with a bench press some free wieghts and a curl bar. so its kinda hard to do a leg intesive workout. any help would be apreciated

    thanks, i tryed wieghted lunges
    they rocked me
