im trying to build my upper chest. ive tried before but it just doesnt show. ive done incline bench on 2 different incline settings with dumbells and barbell, incline dumbell flys, and another exercise where i lay perpendicular to the bench (just my upper back is touching the bench) and raise a dumbell over my head with both hands.

does anyone have suggestions on how to build upper chest? any other exercises? do you think i just may have bad form?

you have to really concentrate on flexing your chest as hard as you can when doing incline moves. I find if I don't really concentrate I feel in my shoulders too much

i remembered 2 more exercises that really helped me

low->high cable crosses (start with hands around your waist and end with hands in front of face)

on shoulder day, do frontal raises with your palms facing the ceiling... fucking GREAT

do incline first (b4 flat) on your chest days for a while.

Didn't ceaze write up something a very long time ago about how it wasnt really possibly to target parts of the chest? I can't remember exactly how he went into it but if someone could find it?

You can emphasize upper/lower, but not inner/outer.
