Upper Body

    I've been going tot he gym for the past couple of months, I see some positive results when it comes to arms and abs, but my upper body almost didn't change. Im not talking about pecks, they got a little bigger, but Im talking about sides. You know how you have that triangular look, as the shoulders broaden.

    What kind of things should I be doing to expand the upper body?

    hit your back hard with pullup/pulldown variations, all sorts of rows, deadlifts...and your shoulders with shoulder presses and lateral raises
