with all that stuff, you're pretty close to "getting a new computer" instead of just "upgrading". you might want to just get another case + floppy drive + cdrom drive + KVM and make another box.

True, my problem is i want to upgrade vid cards but my mobo does not have AGP 8x just 4x. Should i just grab a new mobo and card and leave my 1600+ and PC2100 in it?

You don't need AGP 8x, your new machine can be your gaming/hardcore stuff machine and you can still keep your old one for net browsing/linux server/whatever. Judging by what you plan on getting you should just replace the existing box instead of upgrading it.
I'm putting together 2 systems right now a P4 "C" system and an AMD Barton 2500+ system. Both will be O/C and I'll be posting here about the differences in memory bandwidth/gaming ability/etc..
