upgrading help

    i have about 900 dollars to spend on upgrades for my comp im looking to upgrade my motherboard,processor,videos cards
    motherboard-not sure its crap
    processor-AMD Athlon 64 4000+ 2.41ghz
    video cards-2x Nvidia GeForce 7900 GT/GTO
    i want to be able to run Crysis at atleast medium setting or even high and run any upcoming games like Aion or any shit like that thanks for the help guys

    thanks just 2 questions is Intel E8400 better then the q6600 the 200 somtin quad core and can you specify the motherboard i searched newegg and it came up with like 100 choices

    Dual core for gaming, Quad core for video encoding/rendering
    the q6600 is fine, but is old. the new ones (Q9300, Q9450, etc) are better but more $$$ of course.
