Upgrading Dell Dimension 3000- DVD drive

    Have you read the reviews? It looks like crap to me.

    "Windows XP will not recognize these drives as burners. Other people are experiencing similar problems, especially when used in conjunction with windows media player 11"

    Why not get a DVD burner while you're at it? NEC drives are pretty good and you can get a decent one for about $30.

    That's an OEM drive, so it doesn't come with extras.
    It's a lightscribe too, but lightscribe media is kinda expensive. Takes under 30 mins to do a lightscribe label on the best setting.
