How come I never see leg curls on anyones leg day routines :dunno: unless I missed it when looking.

also, I like it, I might steal it, I'm starting a new workout routine this/next week. I'm trying to decide what looks best for my personal goals/level.

edit: isnt that alot of ab work? I read an artical from t-nation I believe that says you only need to train abs twice a week, they need to recover like every other muscle group :dunno:

You could also change up/alternate lunges with step ups for variety and I'd suggest some accessory work on the 2nd lower day too. Oh and are those wide grip pull-ups? Personally I like to mix up my grip/width.

I'm actually doing a modified version of a four-day split core workout from t-nation.

I did leg curls for the longest time, moving away from that for now. Trying to use as few machines as possible.
