You're doing the lat spread wrong slightly....making it more of an upper back spread.

keep it up, some noticable gains up top. at your height it's gonna take a good bit of mass to fill in that back

I call BS on you being 6'3".
I've seen a 180lb dude at 6'3" and he's skin and bones.
Although you can almost see ribs; you have too much meat for that height and weight.
