    I saw this thread in the main forum and I was thinking "Oh dear, this won't end well" :rofl:

    Keep going dude, you'll look great with another 20-30lbs on you.

    You're doing the lat spread wrong slightly....making it more of an upper back spread.

    keep it up, some noticable gains up top. at your height it's gonna take a good bit of mass to fill in that back

    I call BS on you being 6'3".
    I've seen a 180lb dude at 6'3" and he's skin and bones.
    Although you can almost see ribs; you have too much meat for that height and weight.
