    3 months since my last pics.....No new pics but bulking is going well.....Upto 295.......

    Mondays-Legs-Squats sets of 275
    Tuesday-Upperback-Bentover rows sets of 225-275
    Wednesday-Off
    Thursday-Chest-DB Incline-120's for 8 x 2/3
    Friday-Back-Deadlift 225-275 for sets......

    Will post pics when I hit 310 or 315 or in another 3 months..........

    why are you bulking to 315 when you're lifts suck so much.

    My lifts suck because of dislocated shoulders...twice on the left and three times on the right and lower back from mulitple snowboarding injuries......I am trying to gain it in muscle as much as I can.....I will cut down to probably 240-260 after the next 3 months......All in all my lifts don't suck compared to what most people lift......

    I'm 185 and I can outsquat and outbench you.

    Oh and out deadlift you. So can many others on this board.

    Mondays-Legs-Squats sets of 275 = weak. ESPECIALLY for being near 300lbs
    Tuesday-Upperback-Bentover rows sets of 225-275 = Weak, very weak.
    Wednesday-Off
    Thursday-Chest-DB Incline-120's for 8 x 2/3 = you should be repping 150s
    Friday-Back-Deadlift 225-275 for sets = :rofl: my 16 year old brother does more weight

    uh
    sets of 275 for bent over rows isnt very weak, maybe weak for his weight, but not WEAK by any means

    If you do a search pics of me are on this board. Also I am 6'4 295 right now...I am not lean by any means probably in the low 20's in bodyfat. I am not going for maximal lifts or my lifts would be better.

    All that call BS can come to the Lifetime Fitness in Sugarland, Texas after 5pm any given day Monday through Friday I will be lifting.......

    your squat and deadlift sure do. Id be dropping aboiut 15% body fat before I ever thought of bulking up.

    at 295lb, you should be squating and DLing more than that.

    good bentover row numbers though considering you had past problems with shoulders:squint:

    Post pics KenKaniff...your back has got to be a hoss to do 225lb bent over rows w/ proper form and full range of motion and only weigh 180lbs. Not calling bs, but I would like to see what you look like.

    yeah, how do you squat so little yet still do rows if ur shoulders are fucked up....:squint:

    I've been cutting from 220 and now I'm 185. I kept alot of my strength.

    Sugarland is part of Houston.......

    For the Bent Over Rows 225 for sets of 8-10 no straps for two sets, then I goto 275, use straps and don't do more than 2 sets of 6.

    My back can't take the compression of heavy squats.... I can legs press over 900 easily for multiple sets 8-10.

    Grouch I plan on dropping that 15 or even 20% when I get to 310. I could be in the high 20's in bf for all I know. My goal is to be around 10-13% bf with decent muscle.

    Deadlifts I am working on and I am not in a hurry to lift super heavy weight because I have seen and heard people really screwing up their back doing these.

    I DL as heavy as I can and its actually helped my lower back considerably

    use the proper form and you should be fine

    Yeah from snowboarding accidents. That is why I take it easy on the DL and squat...

    I find it funny that there are so many people that think my lifts are weak. I very rarely see people lifting as heavy as I do. Besides is 3 sets of 8 with 120DB on incline really that weak.......I will post up some more pics in late November when I am done bulking....
