    4 months ago, 6'5, 215, arms 15", waist 35"

    pardon my retarded facial expression.. i think my progress has been excelllent, my lifts have kind of plateaued, and i can treally go to the gym as much as back when i was home, but i still see the diet in effect :bowdown:

    the top is my before pic... i was never really tiny, but the measurements and strength increases speak volumes

    :mamoru: my bench went from 185 to 255, squat from 285 to 385, and dl from 365 to 415, ive lost fat, and arms and legs gotten bigger, it just doesnt look like it rly now that i look at the pics, its like i replaced my fat with muscle haha

    this shit just takes time man... i thought i looked the same till i took the measurements and realized that i feel solid instead of soft

    I can't tell much of a difference from those pics but your lifts and measurements have improved. Keep it up man!

    yeah man, ive got huge tris, never worked out before so most of my gains are noob gains, they have slowed down, but 16.5 inch arms at 6'5 aint shit

    yeah i really think that that little bit of nipple gyno is the only problem i have, ive got some cabaser but im waiting til im back near my gf so that i can sexor her alot since ive heard it makes you horny as fuck.. she told me "you cant take that when your gone because im afraid you will cheat on me"

    I had shitty eating habits until a year ago, then I started eating like a bodybuilder on bulk mode but wasn't lifting consistently or properly, so I got skinnyfat.... Now after 5 months of working out I'm just starting to look like your average gym rat :o
