Update on me....

    So anyways, Ive been at this healthy thing since the end of december... And well. Im still around the 260 mark, Im down from 280ish, . I understand how i can keep weight up cause im doing weight training as well as cardio, I see the stomach dissapearing, wich is good, And muscle is being put in place of it..
    Id like to be down to around 220ish, Im 6'3 and i think thats where i should be.. What do you all think? Should I stop weight training and keep up cardio or just keep doing what im doing and ill be fine?

    Don't forget that weight training is also beneficial for fat burning ;)
