update: i was gaining but it stopped..

    ye i was gaining weight 5 pounds from last time i checked scale (125now) but ive been doing the same thing and ruffly same amt of calories but havent gained.. ive drank once during the last 3 weeks but i checked my weight 2 weeks ago and it went up.. but now its steady.. should i increase calories and continue pumpin?>

    althought i seriously need to go to the grocery store and stock up on lunch. i swear im burning 14$ on a healthy breakfest and a kickass lunch then eating at home..

    no ive been eating alot.. 2500cals on avg.. should i just start stuffing my face with food every period of class... im in college so shall i just drink a 500ml of milk and have a sandwitch or something every period...
    except that it will cost soo much.. even if i bring food from home either way its either i gotta make super lunches or something else..

    2500 cals isn't all that much. Just add a few high cal shakes to your day or something...

    im with tize...food expenses add up so quickly...ideally i would have 100 dollars a week to spend on food; but i dont, and i still work to pay for gas and electricity bills :wtc:

    ...and the keep eating. I've always had a fast metabolism and I started out a twig (5'11 145) so I just ate like there was no tomorrow and the results were worth it.

    Isn't ramen nothing more than noodles drenched in salt? Does it acutally have a decent amount of cals/carbs? If so great, cause it's good and very cheap.

    mix up your training routine and see what happens also,

    are you female or very short or young? 125lbs would be extremely unhealthy for a normal height male and exercising may cause you problems

    nah im just a twig and short. im probably 15-20 underweight but have no problems doing anything.. so mostly cuz i usually eat enough to not be hungry and also have a high metabolism..
