on the first bulk of my life. nothing picture worthy.
and i did it all with pin pulls.

i only way 157, and I'm 6'1"
i have 13 more pounds to go before I meet my goal.
EDIT: yes its clean.
also still only at about 12% body fat.
my lifetime low is 8%

did it free at the gym this time (got the 12%). the other times were in gym class in high school a few years ago done with that fat pinching measure thing. plus whatever measurements they take.
added another pound.
Just take a nice dump you will lose 3lb

you dont gain a pound in a day
generally you can add a good 3-5% to pinch measurements, they almost always read low. 8% is pretty lean.
maybe he hydrated more than he had dehydrated.

Man im almost in your shoes.. i was 150 6'0 when i stared about 3 (? maybe more) months back, machine said 8.6 Bf, but im sure thats bs. I was 167 yesterday - and i dinfitly dont look decent. How come is your goal only 170? Thats not alot of weight at our hight man, or is that jsut a short term thing?
at 170 I will have gained 30 pounds. I'll see how i look at 170, if I want to gain more then I will.
