Anyone have this problem? I noticed my left side muscles are slightly smaller than my right side because I'm right handed. I like to specifically target my left traps and left delt. Does anyone have any routines I can do or should I just lift like 5 extra more reps on my left side whenever i work out?

One more question about deadlifts... I just started doing these a couple months ago. Do you guys switch hand grips every set or use the same grip? I think this is affecting my left trap.

I'm right handed and my left side is noticeably bigger...I think it's genetic, kinda like how most chicks have one titty bigger then the other.

maybe, I don't know to be honest. I'm just training as usual and hoping it evens out some as I fill in more..if not, meh. People only seem to notice it if I point it out first.

Yea.. my left bicep has a nicer peak than my right. I would sometimes do some extra sets or exercise for my right bicep. Dunno if it help, left is still slightly better. Just keep lifting..

the bigger you get the less you'll notice it. everyone has an imbalance, even the top tier bodybuilders

I've been lifting on and off for a couple years. I'm sure I'm not the only one with an imbalance but just wanted to see if anyone had any specific routines to even muscles out.

Same here, I think it's because we can subconsciously cheat more with our left side and not pump the muscle as much.
