Anyone have this problem? I noticed my left side muscles are slightly smaller than my right side because I'm right handed. I like to specifically target my left traps and left delt. Does anyone have any routines I can do or should I just lift like 5 extra more reps on my left side whenever i work out? One more question about deadlifts... I just started doing these a couple months ago. Do you guys switch hand grips every set or use the same grip? I think this is affecting my left trap.
