What do you guys do to fix this? I better get in charge of it now before it gets completely out of control.

Basically everything on my left hand side is smaller than my right, its noticeable too. My delts, lats, pec, arm, its like my right side is just somehow growing easier / faster :o

What does F&N recommend for fixing this?

    i do d.b's.

The funny thing is they are almost even, i still fail on pretty much the same amount for my shoulder press's and stuff, its not like my left is significantly weaker or anything.

i don't really care about it at the moment, but if my right side keeps on growing at a disproportionate rate its going to look pretty stupid

I try to do a couple of extra sets with my left arm to even it out. it worked on my biceps, they are not perfect but they look more equal now

  12. My left side of my body is weaker, bicep is smaller, chest is smaller, left leg gets shakier during squats. :dunno:

I have zero feeling in my triceps & shoulders too on both sides because of nerve slicings that occured during a cancer surgery.

I think if you just keep lifting and growing all over it will even out.

I had a similar problem, just do another set with the other arm, till it pretty much fails..after a while you will catch up
