After a several month cutting phase, I started to get in good shape. However I was at the chiropractor and she noticed that my lats and biceps are significantly larger on my right side. Should I take a break from cutting and bulk up and do some unilateral exercises to get the sides even before I get back to cutting? Also whats the best approach should I do both sides just with the max weight of the weakest or just work the weak side?

Incorporate uni lateral exercises with the weaker side always first. How significant is the difference? Measurements of arms?
And how long have you been training for?

i heard this is a common thing experienced from those who started to just train recently. Either way i am also experiencing a problem similar to yours. My right bicep is a good inch smaller than my left, which is also odd since im right handed. i also know want to know what to do
