Underarm/Triceps Question

    I've definately been building some tricep definition, but how do I thicken/build the underarm area that shows when I flex my biceps?

    What kind of excersizes/techniques should I Be doing?

    The long head of the triceps is most effectively recruited when your arms are overhead, so you want to choose exercises such as overhead db/ez-bar/rope extensions (low pulley), and overhead pin presses
