Looking to buy this if anyone's selling...I posted in the yard sale but didnt get any bites. I played through the first one quick, is this about the same length? Think I should just rent this one or is the multiplayer worth owning? Doubtful that I'll play through them more than once, just want to see the story.

I decided to buy it today. What an awesome game so far. I thought the first one was good and even though not much has changed as far as gameplay goes (the few changes are for the better), the game blows 1 away so far. There were parts in 1 that were like "whoa this rules" and then there were a lot of filler parts where you're just shooting dudes. This seems to be one great part after another (like the pirate ship intro to 1).

Very glad I decided to give these games a shot. I almost wrote them off for good and had no plans to ever bother with them because of the Uncharted 1 demo seeming so boring. But wow, I know I'll finish 2 very quickly and then I'll be waiting for 3, they'll have to do a 3 after getting game of the year on both 1 and 2...

So whats up with multiplayer? I havent tried that at all yet and won't until I finish this but is it solid? Seems like a strange game/style for a multiplayer...?

My biggest beef with this game is them strapping more and more armor on guys as the game goes along just to make it harder. Beat it on Hard, halfway through Crushing now

multiplayer is actually very solid, considering its naughty dogs first time ever doing an online component, much less multiplayer.

played the shit out of it for awhile, then moved on to some newer games.

like tcm said a lot of people played it a ton when it came out and a few months after. not sure how it is right now but id imagine most people moved on to MW2 etc. shit was mad fun though and sometimes i get a hankering to head back in...

I can't stop playing this damn game. I was supposed to be at a birthday party 2 and a half hours ago. Just finally shut it down...the chapters keep moving and it was hard to put down. I read that there are 26 chapters, I just hit 13 so I'm halfway through the first day of owning it, I don't usually play games this long. I'll def checkout multiplayer after, i'll check in here to see if anyone wants to jam.
