I do, but only because when they say insurance, they mean it. You drop something and bust it into a million pieces, no problem. Unlike some places.

have you broken a lens? it's wicked cheap, and it would be cool to know someone broke something and had 0 issues

Just to note it only covers damage, not loss or theft.

well yeah, or else I'd keep renting and claiming it got stolen. I'd have a nice collection of $100 70-200 VRs

I've rented from them before, hands down best customer service ever. If you browse their site, they even say that for some model lenses they have a large chance of showing up DOA, so to just call them, insurance or not and no problem.

They seem pretty amazing so far. I e-mailed them a question through their website and got a response from the president within 5 minutes.

And they have a 9.98 lifetime rating (seriously?) on Reseller Ratings:

And what I thought was really cool was that if you give them 2 weeks notice on a rental, they'll guarantee they have the lens you want in stock, even if they have to buy a new one.

I think the sigma 400-800 is considered the new bigma. Min focus distance is 20 feet. lol.
