Ultimate 20 dollar car wash?

    I know it may sound ridcoulous, but im kind of broke and this is all i can spare. Anything i maybe can get in town? :)

    If I was down to a 20 I'd save it and drive a dirty car.

    Not saying to pay someone to wash it, any products ie...car wash..tire dresser that can be had for around 20 bucks. Maybe 15-20 bucks for the wash 10-15 for the tire cleaner. yes i did look at the sticky. Just want something i can do today in the afternoon. Something i can get at a local place or chain thats the best bang for the buck.

    2 buckets, lambswool mitt (~3 at walmart), soap, and a megs drying towel, all that shit should be under 20
