I am studying abroad in London and none of my p2p applications work. uTorrent will not connect to any peers or seeders, whereas a few weeks ago at my school it worked just fine and i have not changed any settings. The only thing that has changed is the network it is on. I was wondering if there is anything i could do about this? any suggestions about what i should try if anything?

Also does teh UK have equivalent to the RIAA or MPAA?

Humm a lot of networks you need to set up port forwarding on over here due to the various firewalls.

depends what network/isp/where about you are it is

    As i use p2p

torrents and get speeds of up to 350 fine.

We have the BPI but not to worry downloading for your own personal use is actually LEGAL here due to loopholes in the law. It's only file sharing/uploading that illegal
