I've just moved to London recently and in need of some protein. Where do you guys recommend buying from? I'm thinking of ordering it from the US and getting it delivered here, will this be cheaper? How long would it take to arrive?

    I use:
www.cheapuksupplements.com (register at www.muscletalk.co.uk and you can get voucher deals etc)

www.myprotein.co.uk - good for creatine, maltodextrin, waxy maize starch or anything else you might order in bulk. Personally I don't like their whey that much.

As for ordering from the US.. it really depends. You can play your luck with UK customs. I've only ever had a package stopped once and I had to pay 17.5% VAT on top. One thing I've noticed is that shipping seems to be going up.. I used to order protein powder from At Large Nutrition (in the US) but it now costs $90 to ship 3x 5lb tubs which is just too expensive.

For other things, I found a great site where you can order from the US. I ordered some krealkyn and it took about 7 days - http://www.europeansupplements.com/index.html

    I use www.monstersupplements.com

They were really quick on their delivery, they even sent me a txt to make sure I was at home for when they delivered.

If you want to save some cash you can send it to my apo address as it would just be shipping to ny then to me via the govt

then im only 80 miles west of you so could ship or you could pick up
or if you want to drive 70 miles to Mildenhall/lakenheath you can get stuff on Mildenhall but you need to hook up with one of the military guys
talk with the guys in the barracks

Im at RAF Fairford but we dont have product, I just get stuff off the net

since international shipping would rape you
