    Thats the 5x5 routine that people refer to as christophers routine. There are MANY variations of it, but its a quality way to start out.

    For 5'9" and as fat as you are in that pic you look like you would weigh more that 162... Get on that diet son and hit dem weights.

    if i was justtt starting out, like beginner, I'd go full body 3x week. Learn movements, get the body ready for bigger things to come etc.

    Well at least you made the decision to join the gym. I just weighed myself on my home scale that measures bodyfat also (not sure how accurate these things are) but I ended up being 163.5lbs at 22.5% body fat :wtc:

    and he doesn't even look that terrible. The dude just coming off a Superdrol cycle looked like 5x worse.


    Hit the gym thrice a week for weights (2x for cardio) and diet and you'llbe fine.

    dont have a digital camera, u can ask jonno though we used to go to the same gym, im 6' 187 at about 11-12% bf, been lifting for 3 years
