    149.6 after a 3 mile run and 2 mile bike

    the good thing is that i pulled 415x2 off the second pin yesterday..

    oh, right, i'm cutting. my bulk was shit and i put on just fat, i'm cutting down to a "clean slate" :hs:

    really? I've always wondered if most of the elite powerlifters were naturally a little thick/big growing up

    I was always a real big, fat kid. In 4th grade I was 4 foot tall and weighed 160 pounds. My senior year in high school I started lifting weights and went from 205 fat slob to 165 lean and muscular. I decided that I wanted to compete in bodybuilding. I bulked back up to 205 but at least had muscle this time. I listened to another bodybuilder about my diet, he obviously didn't know what he was doing. I went from 205 down to 139 in 12 weeks. I did win 1st place in the lightweight teenage division. Branch Warren won the middle weight, so I got to pose against him for the overall. Of course he smoked me but at least I can say that I was there!!! The guy that did my diet had me working out twice per day, 45 minutes of cardio twice per day and only 1200 calories per day. A meal for me was like 1/2 can of tuna and 2 rice cakes!!

    Yep, I looked ready to go on stage at 155-160, I lost around 20 pounds of muscle!!

    on a side note, where the fuck is my BN order! It says it was shipped Wednesday, the 6th. I'm more than pissed.
