I was really on the fence about ordering this..especially with Big TIM THE PILLOW on the card. So I decide screw and get ready to order it....ITS $5 more than normal...WTF?

Is Verizon jacking me or is the UFC trying to ride WWE - PENIS SOWRD- to the bank ?

    Im not ordering now :hs:

I may wait and see if my tractor starts up later :noes:

This will be my first time anxiously patrolling the spoiler threads.

You sure you're not looking at the HD broadcast?

I know up here in Canada they charge more for the HD broadcast

UFC raised the prices across the board $5 for this event.

I feel sorry for anyone that cheaped out because of that.

I don't get the complaining about the prices. Invite 5 friends over and it's less than $10 for your Saturday night entertainment. What exactly is the problem again? I mean, if your argument was some fighters only getting paid a few grand that's one thing but you're talking about $5.

It was AUS$30 here, when its normally AUS$40, for some reason it said it was a discounted rate this time.

my cousin owns a tractor, so i just made sure to check and see how it was running throughout the night and thankfully someone had updated its parts and it was able to get up to 88mph and get me back to the future when the event aired. Then i just video taped the event from a hole in the roof of the event, used the tractor to get home and i streamed it to my tv. good times.

    1. I have no friends
    2. I just paid for a event 2 weeks ago
    3. I spent $300+ on my son's 2 yr b-day party earlier in the day....
    4. I want to start training again at the local Carlson Gracie school .......
    5. Tim Sylvia was on the card...(cant support that)

I could go on...the point being I was on the fence and felt like the UFC was fuggin people.... In retrospect boxing events always cost WAY MORE and have less action..... Oh well

$300 on a 2 year olds bday party? Wow. "let's throw an outrageously expensive birthday party for someone who has absolutely no bloody clue as to what's going on, and will not remember a damn thing about it later on in life" AWESOME

I was waiting for this comment  My son is more important than UFC and besides it was his first party since I moved back home near family. Feeding a big family and have games and prizes for a ton of kids aint cheap. Even when your serving pizza.

Besides my son turns 2 once where as there will be endless MMA action to drain my wallet :wavey:
