I don't think I will be able to catch this one live, however...

I think that GSP vs. Sherk could be an intense match up!
    [move] [/move]
The other matches are decent as well, I suppose.

Sucks that Karo wont be fighting, although I'd rather see him fight hughes at 100%

I think Riggs will get mauled.

gsp vs sherk will probably be very similar to gsp vs hughes, except gsp will win

Hey who do you guys think will win between Diego Sanchez and Nick Diaz? I say Diego, because he has a sick ground game.

I think Diego is going to win, he is going to take diaz down and pound him.

I dont think it would be a good idea to take Diaz down, the last place you want to be with nick is on the ground where he is comfterable.

Diaz is a purple belt in bjj? His wrestling at least from what I saw isn't as good as Diego's... Diego competed in ADCC and is a state champ wrestler in Mexico I think, AND is also a lot stronger. Diaz can only win this by KO I think.

hes a brown belt under Cezar gracie i believe, he trained with my old instructor(Dave Terrell) from time to time at Cezars academy and was VERY good on the ground, most of his fights he finishes with subs. Ive seen a few Gi-less comps with him and he is very skilled. Diego doesnt have the subs and BJJ experience that Diaz has. Not to mention Diaz has VERY good takedown defense. If you look at the Robbie Lawler fight, Lawler had to stand up with Diaz because of his takedown defense, he couldnt GNP Diaz like hes known for.

well, he already fought him once and got submitted, so saying that he "could" beat him doesnt mean much, i guess if you give him a bunch of tries then maybe he will catch Hughes.

He was dominating the fight but got very sloppy at the end. Matt basically ran towards his other side in order to get that armbar.

The reason why I think GSP would beat hughes was because he was doing extremely well in terms of stand up, and even took hughes down. If they fought again, I doubt GSP would make the same mistake he did in the first fight.
