    i think my back finally has gotten better, did some light deadlifts last week and had no pain that day or the days after, which is sweet :bigthumb:

    anywho, i'm going to start keeping a log again as i plan on busting my ass this semester to make up for the 6 months of fucked up back

    oh man i really need to start hittin the weights again

    i havent been working out for a while, i had a slight incident with my motorcycle, and a dumb bitch pulling out in front of me :o

    my hands were messed up for a while and so was my knee. my hands are all better now and my knee is still making progress

    i'm scerd to squat though, not sure how healthy the knee is. and i don't want to DL either cause i dont want to scrape the new skin on my knee :o... fucking bitches :mad:

    anyway, i'll start logging my shit again
