    how do i get my D-Link DWL-G122 wireless usb adapter (version B1) to work in Ubuntu 7.04? i am brand new to linux so i need a basic step by step instruction fo how to do this.

    IL+1....ive tried google, i dont understand a lot of the coding and language ppl use in the Ubuntu forums..if i did, i wouldnt be here..

    He's right though. Anyhow, you asking for specifics for a very specific need. I have no idea about that particular USB adapter, but you might want to take a look at NDISwrapper, which essentially lets you load Windows network drivers in Linux.
