.................................................................................i've decided to break my cardinal rule about never getting rid of a gun. i'm going to sell my kel-tec p11 to a guy a work. i'm considering using the $$ towards getting a Uberti .45lc. just wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with them and what your impressions of them were. not looking for the "f' that, get a ---- instead" replies, just opinions on Uberti.

that is my usual rule, but certain circumstances have convinced me to break that rule this one time ONLY. if i don't get the Uberti, i'll replace it w/a p40(which i would have gotten to begin with if i'd been patient enough to wait and find one).

Which kind? An SAA or a break open? I think an SAA is too slow to reload so I sold mine for an Uberti Scofield. Both guns have good workmanship and worked very well.
