I'm not talking about the crazy shit bodybuilders do before comps, I'm just talking about the guys that take their shirt off at the beach and make the girls all go I know there's no such thing as target fat loss, and for the past month I've been going to the gym really hardcore with a kind of push/legs/off/pull/fill(core) routine, nominally watching my cal intake but mostly just eating healthy (staying away from pizza, beer, alcohol in general, taking whey + 1% milk every day, limiting carbs to mornings/post workout, etc). I'm also running at least 3 miles six days of the week, so I'm running about 18 miles a week. I haven't gone to get my bodyfat % checked, but i hear it's fairly inaccurate anyway. I know that muscles will atrophy along with fat loss, and the idea I'm going for is if anything, maintain the LBM i have and slowly leak down my bodyfat % until i get the desired results, then working up from there. I'm 6'0 and I weigh 163.
