GUN Type 14 Nambu worth $500?

    Type 14 nambu, i've not seen it yet, suppose to be in nice shape, markings are all intact has a holster, 2 mag's, cleaning kit and around 20rd's of original jap ammo. I don't know shit about the value of WWII japanese stuff. Is it still possible to get ammo for them? I think they're 8mm.

    Not the actual gun but for those wondering what it looks like

    Yeah I'm trying to read up and figure how to determine which ones are worth what, on gunbroker they're ranging from $250-2k

    Prices seem to be all over the place. Oldguns has them valued ~$225-$275 but the article is several years old and doesn't indicate how it would vary by condition. Also noted in the articles there were that the firing pins tended to break, so much so that the holsters included a loop to hold a spare firing pin.

    These guys stock 8mm ammo for the Nambu.
