The NewsWeek version, from a Bureau Chief who rarely ventured outside the safety of the Green Zone for the last two years:
    • Abu Ghraib!
    • Trash in the Green Zone!
    • The troops are rude!
    • WTF heat!
    • Last one out, turn on the lights!

The version from an embedded reporter who has lived and breathed the real Iraq for over 6 months:
    • Iraqi's are good people who are being victimized by outsiders and radicals.
    • The troops are doing honorable work in difficult circumstances and we have every reason to be proud of them.
    • News organizations expect their correspondents to provide stories that show the US in a bad light.
    • When reporters aren't anti-US, their editors back home accuse them of sympathizing too much with the troops.

NewsWeek should be embarrassed and ashamed. :squint:
