I'll be goin to Japan for two weeks. I've scouted the area before and all that is really there is the hotel gym that has a ton of cardio equipment and no heavy weights. Now I'm really concerned because I fell off the lifting wagon and just got back on. I've gotten strength back and my body recovers very quickly from workouts. I'm really concerned about not going for two weeks at this point in time. It really slows my momentum. Do you guys have any suggestions? They have small dumbbells so I might try to do some workouts where small dumbbells would suffice but as far as I can remember they were just those colored lady dumbbells. Should I just try some HIIT and cut hard w/o heavy lifting to shed some fat for two weeks? I got somewhat decent strength(do 100 lb dbs for reps/235 squat for reps). Really bummed out about being forced to go on this trip.
